Coming Back Down

One week. One week ago we left The Bathouse Studio after a month of recording songs for our upcoming album. We feel different. Well that’s not fair, I’m not sure how everyone is feeling, but I definitely feel different. Maybe I’m still coming down from the craziest January of my life, but we walked out of there with a new album recorded and our ambitions thoroughly stoked. There is still much to be done to the album, we need to finish up some vocals, then have it mixed and mastered and manufactured blah blah blah… but the lion’s share of the band’s work has been completed and we’re bursting with anticipation to share it with you. It’s like we have this real juicy secret, but we need to make sure we sort out the finer details before we spill the beans.

In the meantime, we want to see your beautiful faces. After a month holed up together, secluded in a house in the dead of winter, we miss our friends. So while the details of the album are being sorted, we need to come out to your city and show you guys these new songs live. We’re working on booking shows into the Spring and Summer, so we will keep you updated on those as soon as they’re confirmed.
If you want to see us ASAP, we’ll be joining Oh Geronimo in celebrating the release of their new album ‘The Sled’ with The Wilderness in Toronto and Kingston. These shows are going to be a blast, Oh Geronimo is about to blow your mind with their new tunes. Full details below.
